Week 4th - 8th 2008
1. Write a memo
You are a Marketing Manager in a company, you send this memo to your assistant (your partner).
Ask her/him to organize a meeting with the HR Manager, Mr Adams Smith on Friday 8th February at 4.30pm.
He should bring with him the resumes of the new candidates and the list of the short-listed candidates.
Ask your partner to send you a confirmation email.
2.Write an email to the Marketing Manager to tell him that Mr Smith won't be able to come on the 8th at 4.30pm, and ask him/her if he is available on Monday 11th February at 5pm.
Use Word to write both documents. Print them and turn them in to your teacher.
